1. Take an appropriate amount of clean water, mix and dilute cleaning agent A with clean water in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. When the surface of the spring is free of oil and has recovered its original metallic color, take it out and rinse it with clean water to make the surface have a matte effect.

2. Take some coarse abrasive, put it into the cleaning agent, and then put it into the hexagonal drum. The volume ratio of the spring to the coarse abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1% -2% of the weight of the spring. Let it open up plenty of grinding inside, and then clean it with clean water. This operation can improve the smoothness of the spring surface, but it is not suitable for springs with high precision.

Attention points:

Dust and its easy to remove dirt should be washed with soap, weak detergent, or warm water. Labels and films should be wiped with warm water or weak detergent. Fat, oil, and lubricating oil contamination should be wiped dry with a soft cloth or paper, and then washed with neutral detergent, ammonia solution, or specialized cleaning drugs.
