Is there any regulation on spring length?

(1) Free length: the length value of the Tension Spring and Compression Spring when both ends are not subject to external force. Generally speaking, the free length of Dongguan spring Factory has nothing to do with spring function. Unless the closed parts at both ends are polished, a relatively loose tolerance range is allowed or no strict standard requirements are required.

(2) Action length: When the coil spring is compressed or stretched to a certain fixed length, the Dongguan Spring Factory should have a reaction force value so that the matching items can play a role.

(3) Free angle: the angle value when the two legs of the Torsion Spring are not rotated by external force. Generally speaking, the angle formed by the two legs of the torsion spring in the free state is not easy to be the same. Unless it is necessary in special occasions, or a relatively loose tolerance range is allowed, it is not necessary.

(4) Action angle: When the two ends of the torsion spring are twisted into fixed angles in different directions, the Dongguan Spring Factory should have a certain reaction load value and torque value to make the supporting items work.

(5) Spring constant: The reaction force generated per unit length when the tension and compression Coil Springs are axially deformed under the action of external forces. Or the reaction force generated at each unit angle when the radial bearing of the torsion spring manufacturer is rotated by external force.

(6) Length unit: generally mm, European and American inches.

(7) Load unit: The standard force unit is n (Newton) or KGF (kilogram force) GF (gram force).
